We ship worldwide in 1-2 working days with DHL EXPRESS. The cost of the shipping depends on the number of items.

Local Pickup — it’s free. If you are in Bologna, you can pick up your item in our store. You have one week to pick up your order.

Italy — from €6,00 express shipping (1-2 working days). Free shipping over €250,00 (raffle excluded).

Europe — from €20,00 express shipping (1-2 working days).

UK — purchases may be subject to import taxes and duties.

USA — from €20,00 express shipping (2-3 working days).

Asia — from €45,00 express shipping (2-3 working days).

Rest of the world — from €40,98 (2-3 working days).

We are based in Italy, this means that shipments to other EU countries do not incur any import charges.

All other shipments are DAP (Delivery at Place), which means that the recipient of the shipment must take charge of any eventual import duties and taxes.

Please note that customers take full liability for all shipment costs and any eventual customs charges even if they refuse to accept a parcel due to high import duties or taxes.

We are not allowed to declare low values on invoices, or to mark orders as gifts. We must declare the real value of the items you purchased.

Any import duties related to your return will be deducted from your refund.
