Delivery Times
Times stated refer to business days (Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays) and start from the moment the order is dispatched.
- Orders placed before 14:00 are generally dispatched the same business day
- Orders placed after 14:00 or on weekends/public holidays are dispatched the next business day
- Delivery times may vary during peak periods (Black Friday, Christmas, sales)
Order Tracking
You will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number as soon as your order is handed to the carrier. You can monitor your shipment directly on the DHL website or from your My Account area.
Shipping Method
All shipments are handled by DHL, ensuring a reliable tracked delivery service. The parcel is delivered to the address provided at checkout. If you are not home, DHL will leave a delivery notice and reattempt delivery.
Frequently Asked Questions
Can I collect in store?
Yes, you can collect your order from our Bologna store (Piazza Galilei 3/A) by selecting "In-store pickup" at checkout. You will receive a notification when your order is ready.
What happens if I'm not home when the parcel arrives?
DHL will reattempt delivery the next business day. You can also request a new delivery attempt or collect the parcel from the nearest DHL service point.
Can I change the delivery address after placing my order?
Contact us as soon as possible at info@back-door.it. If the order has not yet been dispatched, we will do our best to update the address.
